This spacious cottage (+/- 40 m2) offers a cozy living space that connects to a terrace next to the pool. It is luxuriously furnished and has an open living room with sleeping area, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and (sleeping) sofa (180 x 200 cm.). The kitchen includes a vitroceramic hob, microwave, fridge freezer, Nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher.
You can also use the facilities of this Finca.
This Finca consists of 3 rental units. Apartment (TO512) with 2 bedrooms (max. 6 people), the cottage (TO513) with 1 bedroom (max 4 people) and the extra room (TO514) with 1 bedroom (max 2 people)
This Finca is located 410 meters high above the beautiful white village of Torrox and offers you a luxurious escape in the heart of the Andalusian campo. The authentic 350-year-old Spanish finca is named after the nobleman who lived here three centuries ago and has recently been carefully restored into a beautiful country house.
On the fully fenced property of 50 ares you will find lush gardens and several terraces on different levels and a large swimming pool of 5m x 10m. The pool has an outdoor shower, beautiful teak sunbeds with luxurious cushions and umbrellas. In the colder months, the pool is heated so that it can be used all year round. An honesty bar is available, so you don't have to walk to your apartment during these thirsty moments. As the pool is for the exclusive use of the three units, it never gets very crowded.
On one of the terraces there is a large dining table. The wide view over land and sea makes it a perfect place for an aperitif, sundowner or lunch.
