This villa is located at the Parador hotel close to the Burriana beach with its many restaurants, bars and terraces and a few minutes walk from the cozy center of Nerja. For a wonderful holiday in beautiful Nerja in southern Spain. Nerja is a great base to explore the interior of beautiful Andalusia in southern Spain.
Tastefully reformed villa with private pool, located between the famous Burrian beach and the centre of Nerja.
This villa was renovated in 2016 but has retained its typical character.
The ground floor is a large open-plan living/dining room and kitchen with Moorish influences
The lounge has 2 large sofas and a flat screen TV. The kitchen is newly fitted and modern with granite worktops and breakfast bar, built-in fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is a dining table with chairs for 8 people. On this floor there is also a small modern bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, sink and washing machine.
On the 1st floor are 3 bedrooms, a spacious bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and 2 separate bedrooms with one shared bathroom with modern shower. All 3 bedrooms have A/C heating and fitted wardrobes.
A spiral staircase leads up to the roof terrace with beautiful sea, mountain and surrounding views.

At the back of the villa is the terrace with a dining table, sunbeds and a private swimming pool
