This newly built 3 bedroom villa with private pool in Nerja is located in a lovely residential area, close to the Parador Hotel of Nerja, just a short walk from the Burriana beach and the centre of Nerja with its many restaurants, tapas bars and shops. A stay in this villa guarantees a wonderful relaxing holiday in Nerja in southern Spain.
These 5 villas were completed in 2016 and are almost identical to each other. There may be slight differences between them.
These high quality modern villas with contemporary décor are equipped with air conditioning / heating in all bedrooms, and living room, underfloor heating, heat and sound insulation, PVC windows, fitted wardrobes, etc.
Each house has its own parking space for one car on the property and there are terraces to the front and rear of the house and all properties have a private swimming pool (sizes vary slightly but average 5 metres x 4 metres).
Living space has been designed to take advantage of the beautiful views of the sea and mountains. That is why each villa has 3 bedrooms downstairs and on the first floor the kitchen and living room with beautiful views.

There is a bedroom with a double bed and ensuite bathroom, two bedrooms with two single beds and a bathroom.
Upper floor
Open living room with sitting and dining area and TV and kitchen with 4-burner ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, sandwich maker, kettle and washing machine.
On both sides are terraces with sea views at the front and beautiful views of the mountains.
From the living room you can take a fixed or spiral staircase to the roof terrace with beautiful views all around.

Terrace with garden furniture, sunbeds and private swimming pool.
