Burriana beach with its many bars and restaurants just a 9 minute walk from the villa and the centre of Nerja about a 30 minute walk (5 minutes drive). There is a regular bus service to the centre of Nerja which departs near the villa.
A few steps lead into an entrance hall. From here a short staircase leads up to the top floor where there is a cloakroom/WC, living/dining room and a fully fitted kitchen. From the large living room there are patio doors leading out to a terrace with beautiful sea and coastline views, a spiral staircase leads up to a roof terrace with panoramic views. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and appliances such as toaster, coffee maker and kettle.
Downstairs from the hall there are 3 double bedrooms, 2 double bedrooms both with 2 single beds sharing a full bathroom and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
From the bedroom patio doors open onto the pool (6.5 x 4 m) and terrace.
Facilities: safe (for a fee) - fans - satellite TV - CD player - DVD player - air conditioning in bedrooms - free Wi-Fi. Table tennis on the terrace.
