Access to Burriana beach with its many bars and restaurants is only a 9 minute walk, Nerja town centre about a 30 minute walk, 5 minutes by car. Close by is a local bus that goes to the centre of Nerja.
A few steps lead into an entrance hall. From here a short staircase leads up to the top floor where there is a cloakroom/WC, living/dining room and a fully fitted kitchen. From the living room, patio doors lead out to a terrace with beautiful sea and coastline views. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine.
From the living/dining room a staircase leads up to a roof terrace from where you have beautiful panoramic views. Downstairs there are 3 bedrooms, 2 double bedrooms both with 2 single beds sharing a full bathroom and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. From the double bedroom, patio doors open onto the pool area (7 x 3.5 metres) and terrace.
