The house is spread over 3 floors. You enter the villa on the top floor which leads to a spacious and open plan living and dining area with large windows that open onto the outside terrace. From the entrance on the left you will find the separate fully fitted kitchen. There is also a separate toilet. There is air conditioning in the living room.
A stairwell leads up to the bedroom level with three bedrooms - one with a king size bed and two with two single beds. These three bedrooms are all air-conditioned.
