The apartment has an attractively furnished living room with open kitchen, from the living room you have a view of the sea. In the sitting area there is a comfortable sofa, IP-TV with all international channels, sports and movie channels, fast fiber optic internet, air conditioning and a dining area for 4 people.
Through a sliding door you can go to the spacious terrace with beautiful views over Playa Burriana and the Mediterranean Sea. On occasion, you will see schools of dolphins passing by. Or you can keep an eye on your own children playing on the beach directly in front of you.

A closed private parking space in the garage under the apartment is included, so you don't have any parking stress here.
An extra folding bed with a good mattress can be placed for a 5th person.
€100 per week is charged for this.
In the garage you will also find a baby cot (camp bed) and a baby chair.
A €200 deposit must be paid. This will be refunded when the apartment is left tidy
Distance to Burriana beach is 20 meters. Distance to the center of Nerja 10 minutes walk.
